Do officers need signal?+
No. Patrols, photos, checklists and issues queue on the device and sync when signal returns. Officers can see exactly what's waiting to sync and retry it.
Why photos instead of NFC or QR tags?+
Tags prove a phone was near a tag. Photos prove a person was present and show the state of the area: evidence you can hand a client or a court. Every shot is watermarked with officer, site, checkpoint, GPS and timestamp.
We're an FM company, not security. Does Pulse fit?+
Yes. Work orders, PPM, helpdesk with SLAs, permits to work, inspections, asset and contractor registers, statutory compliance and energy tracking are first-class modules, not bolt-ons. Many customers run FM-only contracts on Pulse.

We already use another system. How do we switch?+
Setup includes migrating your sites, checkpoints, people and registers from your current system or spreadsheets, and we'll run in parallel on one site first so nothing is at risk. Most firms switch over fully within a fortnight.
Can we run it under our own brand?+
Yes. Co-branding is available as an add-on, and full white-label (your name, colours and domain across the app, portal and control room, with Pulse hidden completely) is included on Enterprise.
Where is our data hosted?+
In the UK, encrypted at rest and in transit, covered by a data-processing agreement with full export and erasure on request. GDPR-compliant retention and subject-access tooling is built in.

What if Pulse goes down — how reliable is it?+
Pulse runs on managed cloud infrastructure with monitored uptime and automated backups. The officer app also works fully offline, so a patrol, photo or incident is never lost if connectivity drops — it queues on the device and syncs when the connection returns.
Does Pulse connect to our other systems?+
Pulse covers security and FM end to end, so most firms replace several tools rather than integrate them. CSV exports are available across every module for payroll, accounting and reporting, and API access for deeper integrations is available on Enterprise.
